What is AI ?

"Artificial intelligence (AI) is an area of computer science that emphasizes the creation of intelligent machines that work and react like humans. Some of the activities computers with artificial intelligence are designed for include: Speech recognition. Learning."    

 

In simple words, AI is the ability that gives computer to learn things itself and act like Humans. We humans at every instance of time learn different things and our brain processes it to take decisions in these same way computer learn different things by the data given to it and tries to make predictions. The most prominent example of AI are Chatbots which can interact with user and try to converse as a human. Example : Google Assistant, Siri and Amazon Echo.

Amazon uses the data from its customers, and Machine Learning to identify the products that each customer is likely to buy. Samples of new products are then sent to customers selected by the machine Learning models. All Samples are delivered or distributed by Amazon.

Apple's Latest iPhones Are Packed With AI Smarts. They come with a powerful new A12 processor inside.Apple's phones come with new chip technology with a focus on helping the devices understand the world around them using artificial intelligence algorithms.

 4. Facebook :

 

Facebook is using AI to detect content falling into seven main categories: nudity, graphic violence, terrorism, hate speech, spam, fake account and suicide prevention. AI helps identify fake accounts created for malicious purposes and shuts them down instantly.

 5. DeepMind : 

 The company has created a neural network that learns how to play video games in a fashion similar to that of humans, as well as a Neural Turing machine, or a neural network that may be able to access an external memory like a conventional Turing machine, resulting in a computer that mimics the short-term memory of the human brain.

Future of AI :

AI can help us to make Robots that can help humans in their daily works and can make our life easier. AI can help us to make self driving cars. etc
